Our Mission Statement
To mobilize and harness the expertise, resources, and influence of Liberians in the diaspora to support national security, strengthen public safety systems, and promote peace, rule of law, and national sovereignty in Liberia.

To see a peaceful, secure, and resilient Liberia where effective security institutions, strong governance, and active citizen participation guarantee safety, justice, and national unity for all.

Our goal is to act as a bridge between diaspora professionals and national stakeholders by:

Dr. Jamil J. Morris

Dr. Jamil J. Morris
Dr. Jamil J. Morris is a seasoned criminal justice professional, security specialist, and scholar with extensive experience in public safety, emergency management, and protective services.
He holds a PhD in Criminal Justice and a Master of Philosophy in Criminal Justice from Walden University, Minnesota. He also earned a master’s degree in emergency management from Walden University, as well as a master’s degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University, Pennsylvania. He received his bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Liberia.
Dr. Morris is a distinguished member of several prestigious honor societies, including Alpha Phi Sigma (Criminal Justice Honor Society), Pi Alpha Alpha (Global Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration), and the Golden Key International Honor Society. These affiliations reflect his academic excellence and commitment to leadership and professional development.
Originally from Liberia, Dr. Morris began his career within the country’s security sector, where he developed foundational expertise in security operations and risk management. After relocating to the United States, he expanded his career in advanced security management and protective services.
He currently serves as a Pennsylvania State Agent and works in security management at Harrah’s Casino in Chester, Pennsylvania. In addition to his public service role, Dr. Morris operates a private security firm specializing in VIP and event protection.
His professional work includes safeguarding high-profile individuals, managing complex security risks, and coordinating comprehensive security logistics. Dr. Morris is widely recognized for his professionalism, strategic approach to security management, and unwavering dedication to protecting people and assets in high-risk environments.
