Message from the Chairman:

The Infrastructure Cluster comprises Engineering, Technical and Administrative professionals of Liberian descent in the Diaspora. We are a focus group committed to collaboratively join and work with our local counterparts. We are determined to affect change, positively altering today’s local team approach, in the process of developing genuine and dependable “BUILDING BETTER” Systems in the Liberian Infrastructural developmental goals, which will be utilized to provide equity for the country and people. We will be committed, responsible and dependable as equals, deliberating with one simple message of good service to our people and country. We will not have any political affiliation; will speak plainly and be straight in communicating within and outside COLED to any institution and government entity that seeks to partner with us in achieving our goal of transforming Liberia’s soft and Hard infrastructure system.
